"I'm a realtor and I hired Chef Amber to help me bring a unique idea to life. A cooking class attached to a finance class. Sounds crazy but everyone loved it. They appreciated the gems she dropped, her made from scratch sauces and her personality. At one point the room filled with 20+ people was dead silent. Now you know when people are silent and they are eating that means the food is good! I can't wait to work with her again."
-Lisa Barnes, J. Barnes Realty-
"Chef Amber provided an exceptional dining experience for our anniversary. The attention to detail and the fusion of flavors was unlike anything we've had before. Highly recommend!"
-Darius & Aysia Handy-
I had the pleasure of working with Chef Amber from Waistless Foods, and I can confidently say she is amazing at what she does. From start to finish, she was professional, personable, and incredibly detail-oriented. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish felt thoughtfully curated, and the presentation was next-level, with a beautiful artistic touch that really elevated the entire experience. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about making the event special. She went above and beyond without hesitation, and her passion truly shows in her work. Some people learn skills, and others are naturally gifted--Chef Amber is definitely gifted. If you're looking for catering that delivers both in flavor and presentation, I highly recommend Waistless Foods. You won't be disappointed.
